Hey All,
I’m thrilled to announce the start of my accountability community for October. You can think of this as a group for making October a transformational month for us.
I have tons of things to complete this month, from my handover at work, studying for my courses, and completing some assignments, traveling to Berlin for a conference, my family commitments so on.
Also, there are things that I really want to do: reading books every day, running and going to the gym 3-4 times a week, writing and publishing posts daily, starting a brand new newsletter (Effective Humanitarian), and starting new habits. To be able to do that, I thought it might be great to have an accountability group with like-minded and oriented people.
The 3 habits that I want to start this month
You can define your own habits or tasks you want to focus on (walking everyday +10.000 steps, studying 1 hour of English/German or any other language or subject, posting Daily, sleeping well, drinking more water, eating less, fasting etc., or stopping any habits or addiction, smoking, drinking alcohol, staying up/awake until late at night etc)
